Freedom (bilingual)

The tyranny of love,

The yolk of hate,

Laced together

Through time and fate.

Yet greater tyrannies lie

In the dictatorship of freedom

Chance of choice

Decisions to do,

But still unable to see

The wood among the trees.

Feeling wobbly feeling free

A new crossroads met

With new bearings set.

At liberty to roam

Unfettered untied

Finally finding home.

Leith SHore A view of the Shore Leith, one of my favourite views of the Port in its now refurbished glory.

LIBERTAD

La tiranía del amor,

El yugo del odio,

Atan juntos

A través del tiempo y el destino.

Aún mayor tiranías esconden

En la dictadura de la libertad

La posibilidad de elegir,

Decisiones para hacer

Pero sigue sin poder ver

La madera dentro los árboles.

Sentirse inestable, sentirse libre

Una nueva crucecaminos encontrads

Con rnuevas dirreciones fijadas.

En libertad para moverse

Sin trabas sin ataduras y

Por fin encontrarse en casa.
